What is it about?
We followed 68 healthy adults for six months after a third mRNA COVID-19 vaccine dose. IgG and IgA antibody levels remained elevated, while small short-term changes appeared in inflammatory markers, clotting tests and lymphocyte counts. No clinical adverse events following immunisation were observed among participants.

Why is it important?
Longer-term monitoring helps clarify both booster effectiveness and safety. The sustained antibody response supports booster immunogenicity, while the modest laboratory changes provide context for continued surveillance in larger and more diverse populations.
Perspectives
From my perspective, this work matters because Longer-term monitoring helps clarify both booster effectiveness and safety. I hope the findings support further research and informed, evidence-based decisions.
