Dopamine neurotransmitter paly a significant role in various physiological responses such as reward, food ingestion, neuroendocrine and several behaviiors.
Perspectives
Addiciton is a growing problem in actual society. Animasl models allow us to determine the genetic and epigenetic causes of this neurological problems. Low-yawning rats are susceptoible to stress and anxiety and the opposite trait is excpressed by high-yawning rats.
