Why is it important?
This paper was published In times of American move of their Emabassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, and the controvesies followed. The paper is trying to shed light in the opposite on the fact that Jerusalem is under a settler colonial regime, and it shows also how the situation in it overlaps with the case of Settler colonialism all over Palestine.
Perspectives
The importance of the paper is related to the conceptual framework that it tries to compose to assist in analyzing and finding alternative to the settler colonial case that exist in Palestine including East Jerusalem.
