What is it about?

The object of this article is to reconcile the rights of transnational agrobiotechnology corporations with the rights of indigenous peoples in developing countries and to discuss the feasibility and desirability of a regime of international human rights law enforced by states and regional agencies for the protection of the rights of indigenous peoples to their territories,resources,traditional knowledge and culture.
