Why is it important?
Despite the stress tolerant nature of grasspea, few attempts have been made in dissecting the these molecular mechanisms. This review is, thus, an initiative to boost grasspea research.
Perspectives
This publication is a simple measure to boost further molecular studies in grasspea. There are few reports that are impactful in creating awareness about certain crucial subjects such as the importance of non-model species in understanding the plant biology.
