What is it about?
Usually malignant melanoma is a skin cancer. It is very much aggressive among the skin cancers. Usually the common sites are extremities and head neck region. Brain metastasis is very much unusal from sole MM. This case revealed multiple metastasis of brain where the primary site is sole.

Why is it important?
The furthest metastatic site from sole is brain. as hematogenous progress the brain should be checked before operation. In this case there was no lung or liver metastasis but brain was affected
Perspectives
This was a very rare presentation where no other organ was affected by skin cancer except brain. And there were multiple metastasis.
