Why is it important?

Different methods for estimation of Prothionamide were reported, but only 1-2 cases, the estimation method has been validated. So here the estimation method has been validated and along with a guideline for readers how to validate a estimation method.

Perspectives

We found many articles on estimation of one drug, but sometime these method were not work out at laboratory. The reason may be authors only used these methods to estimate but they did not validate as the method used is reproducible or not. So, herewith one simple methods has introduced for estimation of Prothionamide and its method validation. This method can be used by any one at anywhere and the result will be reproducible, as the method has been validated.
