Multiple bone lesions are not always malignant

Featured Image

Why is it important?

Careful assessment while reporting bone scintigraphy having multiple focal lesions may help misinterpretating a report as malignant lesions which are actually due to benign disorders!!!

Perspectives

Just to have a second look while commenting on a bone scintigraphy report having multiple bony lesions as malignant lesions whether it can be due to benign reasons and thereby helping the patient and attending physician from misdiagnosis
