Why is it important?

Its important to recognize the condition. The risk to the individual and also the Psychological trauma associated with this condition.

Perspectives

This is a rare genetic disorder. We came across two siblings suffering from this disorder. One of the sibling had already developed a skin cancer but parents were not aware of it. They were wandering at various places but were not getting diagnosed. When we admitted these siblings other patients form the ward were not willing to stay with these patients because of the appearance of these patients. Other patients were scared and thought that there kids may get the disease, though it is not a communicable disease. This made me write this case report so that more and more people become aware of this condition.
