Beef, the source of protein- easily contaminated with different microorganisms. Most of them may be pathogenic causing public health problem. A brief description of this is depicted in this publication.

Perspectives

Beef, the raw materials of various delicious food may be the cause of public health hazard. Hence, knowledge about beef contaminating microorganisms, their characteristics is very much essential to ensure safe food and secure food. From this point of view, I think it (publication) can give the essence of bacteriological quality of raw beef & its public health importance to every public specially students & personnels of Public Health.
