This research highlights the HR policies and practices in terms of compensation and performance evaluation and its impact on employee job satisfaction. This study will fill the gap in the literature by providing information on the compensation and performance functions of human resources.

Why is it important?

Human resource policies and practices are very essential for the personal and professional growth of the workforce in any organization. However, often we hear a complaint from an employee in this aspect due to lack of attention from the organization side as they just focus to make happy the external stakeholder at the cost of the motivation of internal stakeholders (employee).

Perspectives

In this research we highly recommend the management to have fair and equitable compensation policies and establish a performance evaluation system that can reduce biases at all levels.
