What is it about?
The article concerns the implementation of legal obligations in Poland specified in the Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence. The study presents an analysis of the phenomenon of domestic violence in Poland - its cultural and social foundations and the reaction of the police and other public entities to the use of domestic violence.
