What is it about?
Various cases of conducted by students lately occurred in Indonesia. One of the areas is Pangkalpinang City which is included in the area of Bangka Belitung Province. School abuse is an aggressive behavior perpetrated over and over by a student / group of students who have power, against other weaker students with the aim of hurting the person. One thing to be aware of this behavior is that students abuse because they have been the victims of abuse. So it is necessary to break the chain so as not to be among the students. This research will reveal symptoms of abuse that will occur if left unchecked. The research was conducted in three schools representing each level of SD, SMP and SMA.

Why is it important?
This research uses descriptive quantitative method with data collection method of distributing quesioner to students. The results of this study is to reveal the knowledge and experience of students about harassment. The cause of a perpetrator of harassment because in general, this behavior of abuse comes from problems experienced by the perpetrator, both family problems and with the environment around his life.
Perspectives
Things that cause harassment include personality (individual child), school, family, community and media. The study also reveals the social interventions needed to overcome the harassment that is expected to be developed into the Early Warning System (EWS) in preventing the occurrence of abuse in schools.
