What is it about?

In the present era positive outcome and interactions at the workplace serve a crucial role in shaping Organizational Success and Sustainability. This study investigates the relationship between Perceived Organizational Virtuousness (POV) and Workplace Happiness (WPH), with Job Satisfaction (JS) serving as a mediator. The research focuses on how organizations' virtuous practices can enhance employees' happiness and job satisfaction, ultimately contributing to greater organizational effectiveness and sustainability particularly in IT and ITeS organizations. The participants assert that a virtuous organization makes them happy and satisfied consequent to which they feel like contributing to the organizational effectiveness.
