What is it about?
Final performance depends on workers availability in all professions. We analyzed workers in different performance and identify with implementation of arificial inteligence the most important element of well -being shaping their performance. Analyzed professions difer betwen themselves due to working environment and main work loads. Analyzed professions were from hospitals, financial sectro, traffic and first respondents.

Why is it important?
Implementation of machine learnig alghorhthm offers better understanding of analyzed problem and it is a promissing approach for futer use.

We hope that this article will open the door for implementation of machine learning approaces also in the field of oocupational studies
