What is it about?

There are many differences in China's financial market and transportation market compared with other countries. China's transportation supply chain is generally subcontracted layer by layer, and the distribution of information flow and capital flow is complicated. Enterprises with financing needs are often distributed at the end of the supply chain. The lack of financial data is more significant, and there are few available mortgage assets for a large number of vehicles attached to the operation, which makes it difficult to meet the traditional credit indicators and credit evaluation. This paper studies a new credit model, banks and other financial institutions can use the radiation of core enterprise credit to cover the financing needs of small enterprises in the supply chain, which is very beneficial to small and medium-sized transportation capacity enterprises. At the same time, the paper analyzes the transmission of credit in detail, and provides a good reference for financial institutions how to set credit line and interest rate by establishing the profit maximization model of financial institutions. We hope readers who are not familiar with supply chain finance can understand supply chain finance through this paper. Readers who are not familiar with China's transportation market can understand China's transportation market through the article. Readers who do not understand the innovation mode of China's financial market can understand the innovation direction of China's financial market through this article. At the same time, it is hoped to provide further research direction and space for the further promotion and implementation of supply chain finance for subsequent researchers.
