What is it about?
Scavenging of abnormal deposits in the brain, unless are completed, cell therapy based regeneration cannot be successful. The gut microbiome, help through gut-brain-axis, the scavenging process through glia, are therefore vital in playing a significant role to regenerative medicine of specially neurodegenertive diseases

Why is it important?
To fulfill the goal of repair or rejuvenation of degenerative conditions using cell therapies, gut microbiome play the first step of clearing the space for cells to act and therefore are indispensable.
Perspectives
Having proven the beneficial reconstitution of gut microbiome yielding behavioural imporvement in children with autism, the step also is prophylactic to neurodegenerative diseases such as parkinsons disease and alzhimers disease as the enterobacteria which secretes alymoid and curli protein causing misfolding of alpha-synuclein were controlled in our study.
