What is it about?
Acute paraplegia in infants is not common and must be seriously invistegated. Intradural space occupying lesions, if present, could be treated and save motor development.

As a 1st hand surgeon in this case. Surgical plane was not clear on the start. Lesion was totally filling in and widening the spinal canal, Conus was extremely thinned out and stretched, The key for this case is to pay every effort to get anatomical plan to go.
