What is it about?

Nepal has been one of the key focus countries for Bournemouth University (BU) and Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) in terms of fostering research collaborations and conducting research. . There is a strong desire to learn and improve education and research in higher education in low-income countries such as Nepal. BU and LJMU recognise the need to bring the wider world into the UK curriculum to ensure that UK graduates are fit for the global labour market, especially after BREXIT. With the serious possibility of the more difficult access to the European Union labour market UK universities needs to prepare more of its graduate for working elsewhere in the world. Having an exchange experience in a poor country will stand students in good stet when applying for jobs in other low- and middle-income countries.
