Although Henri Fayol's principles are now considered as a classical approach in management, this research study demonstrate its relevancy in the organization operating in the 21st century
Perspectives
Writing this article gave me sense of satisfaction as I used my previous experience working in private schools to reflect on how things are actually going on and how they should be as per the standard practices evidence from theoretical perspectives
