What is it about?

This study is done from the perspective of 'Sociology of Health'. The study has described the social problem of HIV and its preventive measures. Human behaviour is more responsible to be HIV infected person so behavoural aspect should be corrected. There is responsibility of individual person to correct their behaviour, and family and society should be responsible to sensitize their children about the risk behaviour of HIV transmission.

Why is it important?

The study has described the role and responsibilities of individual, family, society, and Government and non-governmental organization to control the risk of HIV transmission. It is a public health problem so social and cultural factors should be addressed to control the risk behaviour of people.

Perspectives

This study is based on the Sociological Theory following the principles of Medical Sociology or Sociology of Health. It gives the ideas about the risk of HIV transmission and its prevention from the Sociological perspectives.
