What is it about?

When conflicts over musical styles occur in churches, there are a number of things people are concerned about. This empirical study provides evidence that the relationship and identity issues are more important than the actual musical styles. How can church leaders manage these conflicts so that they have positive outcomes?

Why is it important?

As cultures evolve, so do musical preferences. Conflict over music in churches is not a problem that will disappear anytime soon.

Perspectives
