What is it about?
We redesigned the online Research Data Management training at the University of Nottingham using the modular structure of Moodle to allow for people to drop into any part of the course as well as to complete it linearly. The course uses a data management plan as a template to tackle each topic ensuring that at the end of the course the attendee has a rudimentary plan as well as an understanding of basic data management topics. This practical application of the knowledge was designed to encourage completion of the course.
