In the early periods, Richard Cantillon and Adam Smith were the pioneers in entrepreneurship studies. Entrepreneurship can be considered as a tool for the employment of educated unemployed. Entrepreneurship helps to increase national income and bring about social change. Entrepreneur contributes to a movement towards economic equilibrium by pursuing opportunities (Kirzner, 1973). In India unemployment among differently-abled people is considered as a social and economic problem and entrepreneurship is seen as a mechanism to solve that problem.
