What is it about?
In this study, we presented a final alternative vascular access direct the right atrium by transthoracic way with catheter insertion in patients with chronic renal failure who had no access to vascular access.

Why is it important?
The last alternative to hemodialysis of end-stage renal failure patients is vital to vascular access. Because if hemodialysis access cannot be achieved, these patients will soon die.
Perspectives
This study is an alternative solution that we have achieved and provided with my dear colleagues about the vessel access which the cardiovascular surgeons frequently encounter and which have been frequently forced in the last period. I consider myself fortunate to be involved in this study.
