What is it about?
Michel de Certeau was a practical theologian in disguise. In his epistemological article "Que'est-ce qu'un séminaire? (1977), he offers valuable hints for this thesis. Many of his distinctions are helpful as discursive tools for doing practical theology: strategies and tactics, watchers and wanderers, maps and tours. In this way, Certeau is made practically-theologically fruitful for an opening of conventional discourses towards alterity: How can we think our practice differently?
