What is it about?
This contribution discusses the impact of Covid-19 on Abrahamic fundamentalist groups. With the help of a methodological approach from the religious studies, the reactions of selected groups from the field of Jewish, Christian and Islamic fundamentalism related to the pandemic are examined. This framework leads to the question if coping with disaster might be especially difficult for members of monotheistic religions in comparison to members of other religions or if this assumption is misleading.
