Why is it important?

The field of educational leadership seems to be stuck in uni-dimensional, single-study thinking and actions. We call for complexity, contexts, and history, yet we delimit our thinking and research to seeing problems in one dimension. It is past time for us to put our research forward and catch up with the world and its problems.
