Increasing the effectiveness of Regional Development planning through the Public Participation Approach or through the Approch Mechanism (PM-A). Original Mechanism Approach - Public Approach Emphasizes the importance of the Public Test stage in policy research. We see that local governments carry out more formal planning, but there is very little hope of public involvement in direct participation

In my opinion, this article is important to study, even though this is considered normal for other people, in determining public policy public participation is of course highly expected in regional planning. We hope that even though this study is local government in nature, it will have an impact on a broad scale, although this also differs in the conditions of each local government
