Why is it important?
A correct reading of the texts referring to the tripod cauldrons is offered for the first time. The term "keresijo weke" has been terribly misinterpreted since the first decipherment of Linear B until now, along with the word "aikeu". In fact the interpretation is much more simple that scholars could imagine so far. They were wrongly thinking that the word for Crete or Cretan was present on the Mycenaean tablets, and that "aikeu" might have been a name. It is really nothing like that.
Perspectives
Although it is a scientific work, at least the essential part of this work can be understood by everyone. This work epitomizes the start of a new era in everything related to Mycenaean and Minoan studies.
