What is it about?
We examine ADR institution in Singapore. Singapore has a tremendous efforts to build-up various institutions of ADR. In particular, an institution has the function of educating ADR experts. Furthermore Singapore attempts to create a mixed version of Judiciary where Judiciary plays a role of arbitration instittution.
