Why is it important?
It improves fairness and accuracy in teacher performance appraisal by using multiple data variables, helping education authorities make better-informed decisions for teacher assessment and school improvements.
Perspectives
Future studies can include more variables and expand to other subjects or regions. Integrating qualitative data and combining statistical models may further enhance teacher evaluation accuracy and education policy decisions.
