What is it about?

Tuberculosis is a common endemic condition in the developing world. Skeletal tuberculosis presents in myriad forms and there are characteristic radiological features described. Occasionally, weird initial presentation in the radiographs are evident and one such example is given here. Symmetric resorption of bones around the coronoid/olecranon fossa, in this case led to a round hole in the elbow region.
