What is it about?
Osteochondroma is quite common. What was unusual about the case was the shape of it which led to a fracture at the base of the osteochondroma. Mode of injury (knee to inner thigh during hand-to-hand combat training) was also interesting. The patient was able to access care immediately through a direct access physical therapy clinic.
