What is it about?

Most isolated MCL tears can heal non-operatively with PT. However, those MCL tears off the tibia or those which gap in extension usually do not heal. Anatomic-based MCL reconstructions are favored over repairs and allow for early knee motion to minimize postoperative stiffness.
