What is it about?

The Leading-Edge Suction Parameter (LESP) has been shown to estimate when the flow over a wing may separate from the leading edge. For small autonomous aircraft (UAVs), such flow separation is more likely to occur and impact the safety of the flight due to their low energy, Here, we look at the behaviour of the LESP in flow conditions relevant to small UAVs

Why is it important?
