What is it about?
In this paper an idea has been proposed for an autonomous airship, equipped with sensors, as an aim to measure the rapidly increasing pollution level in some major cities.

Why is it important?
Countries like India, Bangladesh, China etc. come under major polluted countries in the world. Proper air quality measures are not yet implemented to oversee this, as an outcome serious health issues have been observed among the people in last some years.
