What is it about?

The paper shows that an aero-elastic coupling of an unsteady aerodynamic analysis code with a structural code using Euler-Bernoulli beams in a co-rotational formulation for performance analysis of vertical axis wind turbine yields results comparable to those reported in literature based on two other finite element computer codes as well as experiments.
