What is it about?

Large boundary layer structures are of great interest to researchers. In this work, we use a frozen flow technique to study large scale structures using a non-intrusive optical wavefront sensing technique.

Why is it important?

Our techniques enables the study of large scale structures non-intrusively. Therefore, this technique can be applied to flow regimes where traditional methods are not possible. In addition our study of the Reynolds Number dependence of large scale structures was consistent with the work done by other researchers.
