What is it about?

The existing wall function methods lead to significant errors of cf and qw in the simulation of hypersonic reacting turbulent boundary layers (HRTBLs). We propose an improved wall function method for HRTBLs. Numerical experiments show that, compared with the existing wall function method, this improved wall function method can significantly reduce the errors of cf and qw.
