What is it about?

The paper investigates the sensitivity of aircraft aft fuselage design on the power savings achieved by the aft mounted boundary layer ingestion propulsor. The study indicates that the effect of fuselage design on the total power saving due to BLI in not as significant as for the case of an laminar flow over a flat plate.
