What is it about?

This article represents original research on the flow field and heat transfer performance of fluidic actuator with a variable exit configuration that has not heretofore been examined. We presented a detailed study on the exit fan angle design of a fluidic actuator that will hopefully guide the design and implementation of such a device in turbine cooling applications.
