What is it about?

It is difficult to return a satellite from orbit in an accurate manner without relying on fuel. We have developed a method that uses aerodynamic drag to accurately control the reentry of a satellite from orbit. We demonstrated the performance of our method by testing in the presence o historical atmospheric data.
