What is it about?
The Tisserand-Levering Transfer (TILT) technique has been proposed as a solution to the endgame problem, which can achieve low ∆v transfers in the low-energy region of the Planar Circular Restricted Three-Body Problem. We propose a new formulation of TILTs with a framework similar to the classical Lambert problem to improve its generality.
