What is it about?

This work introduces a novel robust attitude control system for flexible satellites during tracking maneuvers. A new concept of conditional anti-unwinding is introduced for designing the tracking control of flexible satellites. The designed control algorithm ensures that the flexible satellite tracks the desired orientation with optimal resource (time, energy, and rotational path) requirements and less vibration even in the presence of disturbances.
