What is it about?

An electrostatically charged spacecraft is subject to the Lorentz forces and torques when moving in the geomagnetic field. We propose a coupled relative orbit and attitude control scheme by using the hybrid Lorentz torques, the magnetic torques, the Lorentz forces, and the thruster-generated control forces.
