Rotary Space Tether System for Active Debris Removal

What is it about?

We propose a new technique of active debris removal using rotary tethered system that connects the space tug and debris object. The rotation of system provides the nesessary tension of the tether allowing to apply tug's trust along the tether in the compress direction for the orbital transfer of the debris using push scheme.
