What is it about?

Many sensors are passive and have several constraints in terms of field of view, power, operational costs and environment. The process can be better tracked or estimated if we make the sensors themselves active to continuously adapt to the changing surroundings and their uncertainties. We show that we can track several satellites with few ground based sensors efficiently.
