Developing Active Manipulators in Aircraft Flight Control

What is it about?

We design a haptic interface, namely the active manipulator, to facilitate manual aircraft control. Firstly, we test the performance of this design through compensatory tasks, and gather theoretical evidence that support the experimental findings. Secondly, based on the experimental findings and passivity theory, the active manipulator is further improved in the operational quality.
