This paper delves deeper into our previous inflight loss of control studies and recovery methods using semi-structured interviews with pilots and flight instructors. The study identifies opportunities to enhance pilot training and safety procedures to reduce loss of control risks in General Aviation. With no other published interviews specifically aiming at pilots' perspectives of loss of control, this research makes a novel and important contribution to aviation safety.
